We set up your institution
Your campus gets its own space with your logo, shift timings, grace period, weekly offs and holidays. You decide which features to switch on.
Add your members
Import students, faculty and staff from Excel / CSV in one go — with member type, department, course and batch. Enrollment numbers and attendance codes can be created automatically.
Register the kiosk and faces
Install the app on an Android phone or tablet, connect it to your institution, and register each member's face once — it takes a few seconds per person.
Members look, attendance is marked
The kiosk recognises the face, checks it is live, and marks IN or OUT — even without internet. A clear tick and the time confirm it.
Everything syncs to the admin panel
Scans reach the dashboard within moments. Several kiosks keep the right IN / OUT order between them.
Reports, alerts and integrations
Download reports, get absent / late alerts and scheduled emails, and send attendance to your ERP or payroll automatically.
Simple requirements
An Android device
Any reasonably recent Android phone or tablet with a front camera works as a kiosk.
Internet — most of the time
Needed to sync, not to mark. The kiosk keeps working offline and catches up later.
A web browser
The admin panel runs in Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari — on a laptop or a phone.
Before you start
How long does setup take?
Usually a few days: we set up your institution, you import members, and faces are registered at the kiosk — a few seconds per person.
What if the internet goes down?
Attendance keeps being marked on the kiosk and uploads automatically when the connection returns. Nothing is lost.
Can we use more than one kiosk?
Yes — at different gates, floors or buildings. A member can mark IN at one kiosk and OUT at another; the record stays in the right order.
Does it work with spectacles, beards or a changed look?
Everyday changes like spectacles or a new hairstyle are usually fine. If someone's look changes a lot, their face can simply be registered again.
Can students see their own attendance?
Yes, with the member portal: they sign in with a one-time code and see their attendance and leave.
